Course Reflection:

This course dealt with a  topic that is of great interest to me.  Being a part of my school's technology committee, I have had the opportunity to be a part of the decision making process as to where the Lake Preston school is heading in terms of technology.  I also have been involved in developing in-services that involve introducing different forms of technology to the staff of the school.  There have been times that some of these changes and new ideas have been met with resistance by the staff.  I have been able to take the concepts I learned in this class and develop some new ideas on being more effective at introducing technological change.
